  • Access our new payment portal by clicking here: eStatus Connect®
  • To register and set up your account, use the following information:
    • Loan Number
    • Social Security Number
eStatus Connect®

For loans closed on or before, December 31st, 2024:

  • Access your loan’s payment portal by clicking here: Legacy Payment Portal
  • To access and set up your account, use the following information:
    • USER ID: Please have your Loan Number ready.
    • Password: Use the Last Four Digits of your SSN.
